Welcome to New Glory International, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to spreading the gospel through worship music, concerts, and resources. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, terrymacalmon.com and newglory.org (collectively, the “Websites”), and any products, services, or content provided by New Glory International (“New Glory,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Websites, purchasing products (e.g., CDs, books, MP3s, sheet music PDFs, DVDs), making donations, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Websites or our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Websites, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or otherwise capable of forming legally binding contracts under applicable law. You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, including U.S. tax laws governing 501(c)(3) organizations.
2. Services and Products
New Glory International provides worship music, concerts, and related resources, including:

Physical products: CDs, DVDs, books, and sheet music.

Digital products: MP3s and downloadable sheet music (PDFs).

Donation opportunities to support our charitable mission.

Event bookings and spiritual resources.
All purchases and donations are subject to these Terms, our Return and Refund Policy, and any additional terms provided at the time of purchase or donation.
3. Purchases
3.1 Orders
When you place an order for physical or digital products, you agree to provide accurate payment and shipping information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. You will be notified via email at info@newglory.org if an order is canceled.
3.2 Payment
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. You agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and shipping costs. All sales are final for digital downloads (MP3s and PDFs) unless defective, as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.
3.3 Digital Downloads
Digital products are licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from digital downloads without prior written consent from New Glory International.
3.4 Shipping
For physical products, shipping terms are outlined in our Return and Refund Policy. New Glory is not responsible for delays or losses due to third-party shipping services.
4. Donations
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, New Glory International accepts tax-deductible donations to support our mission. Donations are subject to the following:

Donations are non-refundable unless required by law.

We reserve the right to retain up to 15% of donations to cover administrative costs, such as payment processing and website maintenance.

Donors must provide accurate information and confirm they are not on any U.S. government restricted lists, including the Office of Foreign Assets Control’s Specially Designated Nationals List.

All donations are used solely for our charitable purposes, in compliance with IRS regulations, and no part of our earnings inures to the benefit of any private individual.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Websites, including music, lyrics, sheet music, videos, text, logos, and images (collectively, “Content”), is owned by New Glory International or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Content without prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use of purchased products.
5.1 Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or recommendations about our services or products (“Feedback”), you grant New Glory International a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and incorporate such Feedback without compensation.

You agree not to:

7. Privacy
Your use of the Websites is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using the Websites, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, New Glory International, its affiliates, officers, directors, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Websites, products, or services, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
The Websites and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless New Glory International and its affiliates, officers, directors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Websites, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Websites or services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms New Glory International, its users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to access the Websites and use our services ceases immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law, including the Internal Revenue Code. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts.
12. 501(c)(3) Compliance
As a 501(c)(3) organization, New Glory International operates exclusively for charitable, religious, and educational purposes. No part of our net earnings inures to the benefit of any private individual, and we do not engage in substantial lobbying or political activities. All donations and revenue are used to advance our mission, and we maintain transparency in accordance with IRS regulations.
13. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Websites. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Websites constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Miscellaneous

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Return and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and New Glory International.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
