This Shipping Policy governs the shipping of physical products (CDs, DVDs, books, and sheet music) purchased from New Glory International, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, through our websites terrymacalmon.com and newglory.org (collectively, the “Websites”). By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping Policy, our Return and Refund Policy, and our Terms of Service.

1. Shipping Destinations

New Glory International ships physical products to all countries worldwide, subject to applicable international trade and export regulations. Some restrictions may apply based on product type or destination country due to legal or logistical constraints. If you have questions about shipping to your country, contact us at orders@newglory.org.

2. Shipping Costs

  • United States: A flat shipping and handling fee of $5.00 applies to all orders within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, regardless of order size.

  • International Orders: Shipping costs vary based on destination, package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping method. A cost estimate will be provided at checkout or upon request via orders@newglory.org. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are not included in the shipping cost.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) from the date of purchase, subject to payment verification and product availability. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available) once your order ships.

4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • United States: We use trusted third-party carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx) for domestic shipments. Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days from the date of shipment, though times may vary based on location or carrier performance.

  • International Orders: Delivery times vary by country and shipping method, typically ranging from 7-21 business days. Customs processing, local postal services, or other factors may cause delays. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout or upon request at orders@newglory.org.

New Glory International is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs services, or unforeseen events (e.g., weather, strikes, or global disruptions).

5. Tracking and Insurance

  • Tracking: Tracking information is provided via email for all U.S. orders and most international orders where tracking is available. For high-value orders (over $75), we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for orders valued over $75 to cover potential loss or damage during transit. New Glory International is not liable for lost or damaged shipments unless insurance is purchased.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Shipments: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us at orders@newglory.org within 30 days of shipment. We will investigate with the carrier and, at our discretion, provide a replacement or refund per our Return and Refund Policy.

  • Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days of receipt at orders@newglory.org with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. New Glory International cannot estimate or control these fees. Contact your local customs authority for details.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to U.S. export controls, including regulations enforced by the U.S. Department of Commerce or the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders to comply with applicable laws or if shipping to a specific country is not feasible.

9. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. New Glory International is not liable for delays, losses, or additional costs due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
