This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel orders for physical products (CDs, DVDs, books, and sheet music) and digital products (MP3s and sheet music PDFs) purchased from New Glory International, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, through our websites terrymacalmon.com and newglory.org (collectively, the “Websites”). By placing an order, you agree to this Cancellation Policy, our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Terms of Service.

1. Order Cancellation Eligibility

You may request to cancel an order under the following conditions:

  • Physical Products: Orders for physical products (CDs, DVDs, books, sheet music) may be canceled before the order is processed and shipped. Once an order has been processed (typically within 2-3 business days from purchase), cancellation is no longer possible, but you may be eligible for a return or refund as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.

  • Digital Products: Orders for digital downloads (MP3s and sheet music PDFs) may be canceled only before the download link is accessed or the file is downloaded. Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, cancellation is not permitted unless the product is defective, as outlined in Section 3.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation:

  • Contact Us: Email orders@newglory.org with your order number and a request to cancel within 24 hours of placing the order for physical products or before accessing digital products.

  • Phone: Call 214-494-2265 during business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, excluding U.S. federal holidays) to request cancellation. Voicemail requests must include your order number and contact details.

  • Response Time: We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request within 2 business days. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email, and any charges will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3. Digital Product Cancellations

Under the U.S. Consumer Rights Act and applicable international laws (e.g., EU Consumer Rights Directive for international customers), digital products (MP3s and PDFs) are non-cancelable once downloaded or accessed, as you waive your right to a cancellation period upon initiating the download. If a digital product is defective (e.g., corrupted file or inaccessible link), you may request a cancellation or replacement by contacting orders@newglory.org within 14 days of purchase. Proof of the defect (e.g., error screenshots) may be required.

4. Non-Cancelable Orders

The following orders cannot be canceled:

  • Orders for physical products that have already been processed or shipped.

  • Digital products (MP3s or PDFs) that have been accessed or downloaded.

  • Custom or personalized products (if applicable).

  • Orders placed during promotional or sale periods, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

5. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • A full refund, including the purchase price and applicable taxes (excluding shipping costs for physical products), will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • If you do not receive your refund within this period, check your bank account, contact your payment provider, and then reach out to us at orders@newglory.org.

6. International Orders

For international orders, cancellations are subject to the same conditions as U.S. orders. However, additional considerations apply:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order is processed to avoid international shipping complications.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs or import fees incurred before cancellation. New Glory International is not liable for such fees.

7. Order Modifications

If you wish to modify an order (e.g., change the shipping address or product), contact orders@newglory.org within 24 hours of placing the order. Modifications are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and processing status.

8. Exceptions

New Glory International reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service. We may also cancel orders at our discretion due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or compliance with U.S. export regulations (e.g., Office of Foreign Assets Control restrictions).
