Overview
Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received.

In its original packaging, including shrink-wrap or seals for CDs, DVDs, and sheet music books (where applicable).

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Digital downloads (e.g., MP3s, PDF sheet music) once accessed or downloaded, unless faulty.

Gift cards.

Opened CDs, DVDs, or sheet music books (unless defective).

Books with significant damage, annotations, or highlighting affecting more than 20% of pages.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Refunds include the item’s purchase price and applicable taxes, excluding original and return shipping costs.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued for:

Books with minor signs of use (e.g., light annotations or wear).

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Returns initiated after 14 days but within 30 days of delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at info@newglory.org and ship the item to: New Glory International, P.O. Box 5304, Frisco, TX 75035, United States. For defective digital downloads (e.g., MP3s or PDF sheet music), we will provide a replacement or refund if replacement is not possible.
Gift Returns
For items marked as gifts at purchase:

If shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit via an electronic gift card upon return.

If the gift giver shipped the item to themselves, the refund will be issued to their original payment method.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items may be exchanged for the same item if defective, but are not refundable unless required by law.
Shipping Returns
To return an item, mail it to: New Glory International, P.O. Box 5304, Frisco, TX 75035, United States. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for items valued over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
Digital Downloads
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, faulty digital content (e.g., MP3s or PDF sheet music) entitles you to a repair, replacement, or refund. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the digital content is unused and faulty. Contact us at info@newglory.org to initiate a digital return.
