Shipping Policy

How New Glory International ships physical products such as CDs, DVDs, books and printed sheet music: destinations, shipping charges, processing, delivery, tracking and customs.

Effective Date: September 28, 2026

This Shipping Policy applies to physical products purchased from New Glory International through terrymacalmon.com, newglory.org, and any other website or online store operated by New Glory International that refers to this Policy.

New Glory International (“New Glory,” “NGI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

1. Physical Products

This Shipping Policy applies only to products that require physical delivery, including items such as CDs, DVDs, books, printed sheet music, and other physical merchandise.

Digital products, including downloadable music, eBooks, digital sheet music, accompaniment tracks, and other electronic content, are delivered electronically and are not subject to this Shipping Policy.

2. Shipping Destinations

New Glory ships to the United States and to many international destinations.

Availability of shipping to a particular country or territory depends on carrier availability, product restrictions, import requirements, export-control requirements, sanctions laws, and other legal or logistical considerations.

The availability of a destination during checkout does not require New Glory to complete a shipment that would violate applicable law or a carrier restriction.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel a shipment where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, U.S. export controls, economic sanctions, carrier requirements, or other legal restrictions.

If a paid order is cancelled for one of these reasons before shipment, New Glory will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items and any associated shipping charges attributable to those items, except to the extent a refund is prohibited by law.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling charges are calculated or displayed during checkout before an order is submitted.

Shipping charges may depend on the destination, package weight, dimensions, shipping method, carrier, and other relevant factors.

The amount displayed and accepted during checkout is the shipping charge applicable to that order unless the customer subsequently agrees to a change.

Promotional free-shipping offers or special shipping rates may be subject to additional terms disclosed with the applicable promotion.

4. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed during normal business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays and other days on which New Glory's fulfillment operations are closed.

Unless a different processing period is clearly disclosed on the applicable product page or during checkout, New Glory generally aims to process in-stock physical products within 2–3 business days after receipt of a properly completed order and successful payment authorization.

Processing time is the period before an order is handed to the shipping carrier. It is separate from the carrier's estimated transit or delivery time.

Processing may take longer when:

- an item is temporarily unavailable or backordered; - an order contains a pre-order item; - payment requires additional verification; - the shipping information provided is incomplete or requires clarification; - the order requires special handling; - fulfillment is affected by holidays or unusual order volume; or - circumstances outside New Glory's reasonable control materially affect fulfillment.

Any shipment or processing estimate provided by New Glory is based on the information reasonably available to us at the time the estimate is made.

5. Shipment Timing and Delays

New Glory will not knowingly represent that an order can be shipped within a particular period unless we have a reasonable basis for that representation.

If we determine that we cannot ship an order within a shipping period expressly promised to the customer, we will provide notice as required by applicable law and, where required, offer the customer the opportunity to:

1. consent to the revised shipment date; or 2. cancel the unshipped portion of the order and receive a refund.

Where applicable law establishes a default shipment period when no shipment time was promised, New Glory will comply with that requirement.

For transactions subject to the Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, if no shipment time is stated, the applicable default shipment period is generally 30 days after receipt of a properly completed order.

If New Glory determines that an ordered product cannot be shipped, we may cancel the affected portion of the order and issue a prompt refund rather than hold the order indefinitely.

Nothing in this Policy limits any cancellation or refund right that applicable law does not permit New Glory to waive.

6. Shipping Methods

New Glory may use carriers including the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, FedEx, or other domestic or international carriers.

Available shipping methods may vary depending on destination, product, weight, size, value, and carrier availability.

Where more than one shipping method is available, the available options and charges will ordinarily be displayed during checkout.

Selection of an expedited carrier service affects expected carrier transit time but does not necessarily reduce New Glory's stated order-processing time unless expressly indicated.

7. Estimated Delivery Times

Any delivery date or transit time shown on the Websites, during checkout, in an order confirmation, or provided by a shipping carrier is an estimate unless expressly identified as guaranteed.

Carrier transit time ordinarily begins when the carrier receives the package, not when the order is placed.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances including:

- weather conditions; - natural disasters; - transportation interruptions; - carrier delays; - labor disputes; - customs inspections; - border controls; - local postal operations; - governmental action; - security incidents; - inaccurate or incomplete addresses; - international conflicts or disruptions; or - other circumstances outside New Glory's reasonable control.

New Glory does not guarantee a carrier's estimated delivery date unless New Glory expressly states in writing that a particular delivery date is guaranteed.

However, carrier delays do not eliminate any cancellation, refund, replacement, or other right available under applicable law.

8. Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when tracking is available for the shipping service used.

A shipping-confirmation email may include a tracking number or link provided by the carrier.

Tracking information is generated and maintained by the carrier. There may be a delay between creation of a shipping label, acceptance of a shipment by the carrier, and the first tracking update.

International tracking availability and detail vary by destination country and shipping service.

9. Partial Shipments

New Glory may ship an order in more than one package when reasonably necessary because products are fulfilled separately or become available at different times.

Unless clearly disclosed and agreed otherwise, a customer will not be charged additional shipping merely because New Glory elects to divide an order into multiple shipments.

Tracking information may be issued separately for each package.

10. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Before an order has shipped, customers should contact New Glory promptly if they discover an address error. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once fulfillment has begun.

Once a package has been transferred to a carrier, an address change may be unavailable or may result in additional carrier charges.

If a package is returned to New Glory because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery without a legally valid reason, or failed to collect a package after reasonable delivery or collection attempts, New Glory may require payment of reasonable additional shipping costs before reshipping the order.

This provision does not apply where the delivery problem was caused by New Glory's error or where applicable law requires another remedy.

11. Lost Shipments

If an order has not arrived within a reasonable period after its estimated delivery date, please contact New Glory so that we can review the shipment and, where appropriate, initiate an inquiry or claim with the carrier.

Customers should notify us as soon as reasonably practical because carriers may impose deadlines for loss claims.

Where investigation confirms that an order has been lost, New Glory will provide the replacement, refund, or other remedy required by applicable law and may provide additional remedies at our discretion.

The absence of separately purchased shipping insurance does not eliminate rights or remedies that applicable law provides to the customer.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to alter the allocation of risk of loss imposed by applicable law where that allocation cannot lawfully be changed by agreement.

12. Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking indicates that a package was delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should first:

1. verify the delivery address; 2. check the delivery location and surrounding area; 3. check with other members of the household, building personnel, or neighbors where appropriate; and 4. review any delivery information supplied by the carrier.

If the package still cannot be located, please contact New Glory promptly.

We may ask the carrier to investigate the delivery and may request reasonable information from the customer to assist with that investigation.

A carrier's delivery scan will be considered relevant evidence of delivery but does not automatically eliminate any remedy that applicable law requires New Glory to provide.

13. Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged, please contact New Glory as soon as reasonably possible.

To help us resolve the matter and pursue any carrier claim, we may request:

- the order number; - photographs of the damaged product; - photographs of the shipping container and packaging; - a description of the damage; and - other information reasonably necessary to investigate the shipment.

Where practical, we recommend contacting us within 7 days after delivery so that carrier evidence can be preserved.

The seven-day period is intended to facilitate claims processing and does not waive or shorten any statutory warranty, consumer-protection, or other right that cannot lawfully be limited.

Depending on the circumstances, New Glory may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Replacement for damaged products refers ONLY to products ordered directly on terrymacalmon.com website.

14. Incorrect or Missing Items

If New Glory ships an incorrect product or an item is missing from the shipment, please contact us promptly.

When New Glory confirms a fulfillment error for which it is responsible, New Glory will correct the error without charging the customer additional shipping costs.

We may request reasonable documentation, such as photographs of the package or its contents, when necessary to investigate the error.

15. International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, duties, tariffs, value-added taxes, import taxes, brokerage charges, postal fees, customs-processing charges, or other governmental or carrier charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are separate from ordinary shipping charges unless New Glory expressly states during checkout that applicable duties, taxes, or import fees are prepaid.

Duties and Taxes Not Prepaid

Unless checkout expressly identifies the shipment as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), duties, import taxes, customs fees, and other import charges imposed by the destination country may be payable by the recipient.

The customer or recipient is responsible for such charges to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Delivered Duty Paid Shipments

For certain destinations or shipping methods, New Glory or its shipping provider may offer a Delivered Duty Paid or similar service under which estimated or applicable import duties, taxes, and fees are collected in advance.

Where such a service is used, this will be indicated during the transaction or shipping process.

Customs authorities retain final authority over classification, valuation, admissibility, and charges imposed on imported goods.

16. Customs Information

New Glory will provide customs information and declarations that we reasonably believe are accurate and legally required for international shipments.

We will not intentionally:

- declare merchandise at a false value; - identify merchandise as a “gift” when the shipment does not legally qualify as a gift; - provide a false description of goods; or - otherwise falsify customs documentation at a customer's request.

Customers are responsible for determining whether products they order may lawfully be imported into their destination country.

New Glory may cancel an order if we reasonably determine that shipment or importation would violate applicable law.

17. Customs Delays and Refused International Shipments

International shipments may be delayed, inspected, held, or rejected by customs authorities.

New Glory does not control customs processing or the actions of foreign customs agencies.

If a customer refuses or abandons an international shipment solely because duties, taxes, customs charges, or other import fees that were properly disclosed as the customer's responsibility become payable, New Glory may deduct from any otherwise available refund reasonable, actually incurred shipping, return-shipping, customs, or carrier charges to the extent permitted by applicable law.

No such deduction will be made where prohibited by law or where New Glory was responsible for an incorrect customs declaration or other material shipping error.

18. Customs Detention, Seizure, and Confiscation

International shipments are subject to the import laws, customs regulations, product restrictions, and enforcement decisions of the destination country.

Customers are responsible for determining whether products ordered from New Glory may lawfully be imported, possessed, and received in their destination country.

Customs or other governmental authorities may inspect, delay, detain, reject, seize, confiscate, destroy, or return merchandise when they determine that applicable import laws or regulations require or permit such action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, New Glory is not responsible for loss resulting from a lawful detention, seizure, confiscation, destruction, or refusal of entry by a customs or governmental authority when:

  • the merchandise was accurately described and properly declared by New Glory;
  • New Glory complied with applicable U.S. export and shipping requirements;
  • the action resulted from an import restriction, prohibition, licensing requirement, or other legal requirement applicable in the destination country; and
  • the detention or seizure was not caused by New Glory's error, misrepresentation, incorrect customs documentation, or other failure to comply with applicable law.

New Glory does not guarantee that merchandise lawful for sale or shipment from the United States may lawfully be imported into every destination country.

Before ordering physical merchandise internationally, customers should review applicable customs and import requirements in their country.

Where a physical product cannot lawfully or reliably be imported, a digital version may be available for certain products and may provide an alternative where legally permitted.

New Glory reserves the right to decline or cancel an international order when we reasonably believe that shipment may violate applicable export, sanctions, customs, import, carrier, or other legal requirements.

If New Glory cancels an order before shipment for this reason, amounts paid for the cancelled merchandise and applicable shipping charges will be refunded.

If merchandise is detained or seized after lawful shipment because of destination-country import restrictions, a refund is not automatically due. Any refund, replacement, or other remedy will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.

Nothing in this section excludes any refund, replacement, or other remedy that applicable law requires New Glory to provide.

19. Export Controls and Economic Sanctions

Products shipped from the United States may be subject to U.S. export-control and economic-sanctions laws and regulations, including regulations administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control.

New Glory may screen or review orders when reasonably necessary for compliance purposes.

We may decline, hold, cancel, or refund an order where we reasonably believe shipment, delivery, payment, or another aspect of the transaction may be prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy obligates New Glory to complete a transaction that is prohibited by U.S. or other applicable law.

20. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control

New Glory is not responsible for a failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Such circumstances may include severe weather, natural disasters, war, civil disturbance, governmental restrictions, border closures, widespread transportation disruption, carrier interruption, strikes, infrastructure failures, or comparable events.

This section does not permit New Glory to retain payment indefinitely for merchandise that cannot be shipped and does not eliminate any cancellation, refund, or other remedy required by applicable law.

21. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss is determined in accordance with the applicable sales contract, applicable shipping terms, and applicable law, including the law governing carrier shipments and delivery.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to make a customer bear a risk that applicable law places on New Glory or to exclude liability for New Glory's own breach, including shipment of nonconforming goods.

22. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts, or waives any warranty, remedy, cancellation right, refund right, consumer-protection right, or other legal right that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude or waive.

For international customers, mandatory consumer rights under the law applicable to the transaction may continue to apply notwithstanding the choice-of-law provisions contained in New Glory's Terms of Service.

23. Changes to This Shipping Policy

New Glory may update this Shipping Policy from time to time.

Changes apply prospectively from the effective date shown at the top of the Policy.

The shipping terms applicable to an order will ordinarily be those in effect when the order is placed, together with any transaction-specific shipping terms accepted by the customer.

A later change to this Policy will not retroactively eliminate rights or materially alter obligations relating to a previously completed order except where permitted or required by law.
